Return Policy

At Mirashome.pk, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we offer a hassle-free return policy.

Return Window:

• You have 7 days from the date of delivery to return your unwanted items.

Return Conditions:

• All returned items must be in their original packaging, with all tags and manuals attached.
• Items must be unused and in brand new condition.
• We cannot accept returns for used items or items damaged due to customer negligence.

Return Process:

1. Contact our customer service team by WhatsApp at 03455097971 or miraslamps@gmail.com to initiate a return. We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
2. Pack the item securely in its original packaging, if possible.
3. Clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the package.
4. Ship the return package to our warehouse address:

House No. 19 (upper) Street 43, G 8/2 Islamabad

Refunds:

• Once we receive your returned item and verify that it meets the return conditions, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5 business days.

Exchanges:

• Unfortunately, we are not currently offering exchanges. If you would like a different item, you will need to return your unwanted item and place a new order.
